1. Introduction
Welcome to PokeLimit. By purchasing any account from our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Nature of Products
PokeLimit sells pre-leveled Pokémon GO accounts. All accounts are hand-leveled and verified before listing. By purchasing, you acknowledge that trading accounts may violate Niantic's Terms of Service, and you accept full responsibility for any resulting consequences to the account.
3. Delivery
Account credentials (email, password) are delivered digitally within minutes of payment confirmation via the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive your credentials within 24 hours, contact our support team immediately.
4. No Refund Policy & Chargeback Policy
All sales are final. Due to the digital and unique nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once credentials or delivery details have been delivered and accessed. In the event of a proven delivery failure on our part, we will re-deliver or offer store credit at our discretion. By completing a purchase, you explicitly agree that filing a chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal with your bank or card issuer for a transaction in which digital goods were successfully delivered constitutes fraud. If you have an issue with your order, you must contact our support team first and allow us reasonable time to resolve it before initiating any payment dispute. Customers who file chargebacks for successfully delivered orders will face the following consequences: (a) immediate and permanent ban from our platform, (b) the charge will be reported as fraudulent to Stripe and the cardholder's bank, which may affect the cardholder's ability to use payment services in the future, (c) the account and all associated accounts will be permanently blacklisted, and (d) we reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover the disputed amount, any chargeback fees, and associated costs. We maintain detailed delivery records including timestamps, IP addresses, and delivery confirmations which will be submitted as evidence in any payment dispute.
5. Account Security
Upon delivery, you must immediately change the account password and linked email. PokeLimit is not responsible for any loss of access resulting from failure to secure the account after delivery. Do not share your credentials with third parties.
6. Warranty
We provide a 24-hour warranty from the time of delivery. If the account is inaccessible or materially different from the listing description within this period, contact us and we will resolve the issue. After 24 hours, all guarantees are void.
7. Prohibited Use & Friendly Fraud
You may not resell or redistribute accounts or products purchased from us without prior written consent. Initiating a chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal for a transaction in which digital goods were successfully delivered and accessed is strictly prohibited and constitutes friendly fraud. By purchasing, you acknowledge that all deliveries are logged with verifiable timestamps, IP addresses, and delivery confirmations. Any chargeback initiated after successful delivery will be contested with full evidence, and the cardholder will be reported to Stripe as fraudulent, permanently banned from our platform, and may be pursued for recovery of the disputed amount plus chargeback fees and legal costs. If you experience a genuine issue with your order, you must contact our support team and allow us at least 48 hours to respond before initiating any payment dispute.
8. Limitation of Liability
PokeLimit's total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the account in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The date of last revision is shown at the bottom of this page.
