1. Introduction

Welcome to PokéMarket. By purchasing any account from our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Nature of Products

PokéMarket sells pre-leveled Pokémon GO accounts. All accounts are hand-leveled and verified before listing. By purchasing, you acknowledge that trading accounts may violate Niantic's Terms of Service, and you accept full responsibility for any resulting consequences to the account.

3. Delivery

Account credentials (email, password) are delivered digitally within minutes of payment confirmation via the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive your credentials within 24 hours, contact our support team immediately.

4. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital and unique nature of Pokémon GO accounts, we do not offer refunds once credentials have been delivered. In the event of a proven delivery failure on our part, we will re-deliver or offer store credit at our discretion.

5. Account Security

Upon delivery, you must immediately change the account password and linked email. PokéMarket is not responsible for any loss of access resulting from failure to secure the account after delivery. Do not share your credentials with third parties.

6. Warranty

We provide a 24-hour warranty from the time of delivery. If the account is inaccessible or materially different from the listing description within this period, contact us and we will resolve the issue. After 24 hours, all guarantees are void.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not resell or redistribute accounts purchased from PokéMarket without prior written consent. Attempting to charge-back a completed transaction will result in a permanent ban from our platform and potential legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

PokéMarket's total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the account in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The date of last revision is shown at the bottom of this page.
